About Aeolus Endurance

Adnan has been cycling competitively for nearly 30 years. Having started in mountain bike racing, he soon expanded his repertoire to include road racing, cyclocross and some track as well. His experience includes a season on the road in Europe as well as State Championship titles in both the mountain bike cross-country and road time trial disciplines.  More recently, he is a co-founder of VeloPro, an innovative, load-based, adaptive training system for endurance athletes.

Adnan is a USAC-certified Level 1 cycling coach who believes that in sport, as in life, it is important to strike a balance between the various aspects of what one does. Having worked normal business hours in an office for more than a decade, he found that it was difficult to achieve maximum results from limited training and recovery time. An eight-hour ride will not be of any benefit without the proper rest and recovery one’s body needs. Training for cycling takes time, but it need not take all of one’s time. A holistic approach to life is the key to maximizing performance on the bike. Adnan’s training philosophy is to allow individuals to reach their sporting goals while keeping the rest of their life in balance.

Here is what a few of Adnan's athletes have said:

For what it's worth, I cannot think of anyone better suited than you to assist someone with their pursuit of overall, true cycling mastery. I'm sure there are lots of good coaches out there who know their (stuff), but I think you offer your athletes something that runs broader and deeper than most of the other guys.

Thanks for being the best coach ever.  You're an incredible coach.
